We are a 25 year old membership group of families that like to vacation in upscale condos and townhouses.
The majority of our members are doctors, lawyers and executives. In some locations where we have access
to such lodging facilities, we also have access to conference facilities for those members who desire to use
them to benefit their organizations. We are now accepting new member families on a no fee basis.

Over the years we have developed some skills relating to the management of conferences, seminars, company
meetings and other gatherings requiring meeting facilities and lodging on the premises. In most cases we
provide free meeting facilities for groups of at least 30 persons, with a small added fee for smaller groups.
